Beef Roast

Begin with a 2-3 lb. beef roast. Stuff slivers of garlic and fresh jalapeño in holes you make with a knife. Season well. Put in crock pot. Cover with chicken stock. Mince or crush several more cloves of garlic into the broth. Cook until it falls apart. Serve with rice. Best roast ever!

P. S. Don't touch your eyes or your nose after slicing the pepper!!
